I can write a summary and my personal reaction to the video: How architecture helped music evolve by David Byrne

In this video David Byrne talks about how each kind of music can fit in the  Environment or the venue
where the band its playing, and when we make music we make it thinking in a specific place to be inspired, for example, the african music, the instruments, the intricate rhythms, the way they play their music everything
fit perfectly in that setting because there is nothing that interrupt their music because they are not in room that can change the rhythms or they dont have to use amplifiers because they are playing really loud, but this music would be a mess if it would play it in a gothic cathedral but the music that is play it in the cathedral its perfect with long notes, the room improves the music, another example is the roommate bach that is not biger
than the cathedral so the music its a little more intricate and innovately. Another example it is the mozart's room or salon which is smaller so there he could write very intricate music and the venue fit exactly with the music, the other example is the scala opera, people in the audience used to drink, eat and to yell out the people in the states if they like or not the music people would tell them as an encoure not at the end of the show, they would tell them inmediately, then he talked about how the musicians started to create new rythms, and about the live music and the recorded music, finally he explained that we are like the birds, we  adapt, we sing, we can make good music if we do it with passion.
Personal Reaction:
i agree with david Byrne because  if we make music in a venue or Environment  that is not the correct the music would not sound great even if we want to compuse a song we have to inspire  in a correct venue to make that song the best.

I can write a summary and my personal reaction to the video: How simple Ideas Lead to Scientific Discoveries by Adam Savage.

in this video Adam Savage starts explaining that one of the funny things about owning a brain is that we have no control over the things that it gathers and holds onto the facts and stories, and as we get older , it only gets worse, thing stick around for years sometimes before we understand why we're interested in them before we understand they are inportant to us. then he made expamples about 3 importants Persons: Richard Feynman, Eratosthenes and Armand Fizeau. he talked about their discovers and how they did it, for instance Richard feyman when he was young  he went for a walk with his father, his wagon and a ball and Feyman noticed that every time he pulled the wagon the ball went to the back of the wagon, and he asked his father,
"why does the ball go to the back of the wagon?", and his dad answered, "that's Inertia" and faymen wanted to know what was that, so he asked him about it and his father said ""that is the phenomenom of a ball going to the back of the wagon" but actually nobody knows, and that simple idea lead him to earn degrees at MIT, Princeton, he solve the challenger disaster, he ended up wining the nobel prize in physics for his amazing diagrams describing the movement of subatomic particles, and this could not have happened if it weren't because of the conversation with his father, and that is how a simple question  could carry us out to the edge of human knowledge and the same happened with Eratosthenes he had made many contributions to science but the most important began in a letter that he received as the librarian, The last example is Armand Fizeau who was an experimental physicist in paris, his real job was confirming others people results, that is why he was familiar with galileo's  experiments.
Personal Reaction:
We have the same capacity to discover new things  like Richard Fayman or Eratosthenes but we have to be a little bit curious because science is not a little black box science in fact it is a open field as Savage said we can do it because as they changed the world we can also do it just we can't give up.

I can write a summary and my personal reaction to the video: How great leaders inspire action by Simon Sinek

In this video Simon sinek starts explaining how some people and companies are able to achieve their goals and others not,For example Apple, why they are more innovators than the others companies,if they are just like the others, they have the same capacity and posibilities so why they are different? what they have?.he made a discover about 3 and a half years ago that made him change his vision about how the world worked and how to operate with it,he call it "the golden circle":"why","how","what".Simon thinks that everysingle person, everysingle organization know "WHAT" they do a 100%, some know "HOW" they do it with their offers and products, but very few people or organization know "WHY" they do what they do and by "why" he doesn't refers money because that is the result, by why he refers what is their purpose, what is their beleive, why the company exist,he thinks that if apple were like the others(he used apple as an example
because everybody are familiar with that company) they had used a classic message like:"we made great computers, they are beatiful designed, simple to used, user friendly, do you want to buy one? and that is how many people and companies communicate and it's uninspired, but apple doesn't communicate like this apple actually communicate like this: "everthing we do,we beleive in challenging the status quo,we beleive in thinking differently the way we challenge the status quo is by making our products beatiful designed, simple to used, user friendly do you want to buy one? that is totally different, people dont buy what you do people buy why you do, he thinks that the goal of a company is to do business with people who believe what you believe,he always says "if you hired people just becuase they can do a job they are working for your money,
but if you hired people who believe what you believe so they work with blood tears", a good example are the Wright brothers, then he made a commercial example with TIVo he said that since TIVo was released to until our days they are the single highest quality product in the market, but TIVo is a commercial failure they have never made money and when they went IPO their stocks were 30 or 40 dollars and then collapsed and they never surpassed the 10 actually they never surpassed 6 and why? because when TIVo launched their product they told us what they had, they said:"we have a product that pauses live tv,skip commercials, rewind live tv and memorize your viewers habits without you even asking",and most cynics said "we don't believe you", "we don't need it","we don't like it",what they have said:"if you are the kind of person who likes to have totally control over every aspect of your life boy we have a product for you!"he said that there are leaders and there are those who leads, leaders hold the position of power or authority but those who leads inspire us, we follow those who leads not because we have to but because we want to, we follow those who leads not for them but ourselves and are those who stars with "WHY" because they have the hability to inspire those arround them or find others who inspire them.
Personal Reaction:
i think in this video Simon sinek tries to teach us how the new companies must improve the way they sell their
products explaining his "golden circle" and i agree with him when he said that some people follow others when they buy something first because i am that kind of person that see a person buy something to see how it works first becuase im afraid to be deceived and i also like his definition between a leader and a person who leads because i didnt'n know what a leader looks for , now if someday i open a business i will know what to do.
